QUAFETY dissemination activity at The 6th ISHS Balkan Symposium on Vegetables and Potatoes




Partner IO (Research Institute of Horticulture, Poland) participated to the 6th ISHS Balkan Symposium on Vegetables and Potatoes held in Zagreb (Croatia), from September 29 to October 2, 2014.
The topics were focused on the fields of vegetables and potato production technologies, product and post-harvest quality, plant genetic resources and breeding, plant propagation, plant protection, economics and management.

IO researchers presented the QUAFETY results obtained during their studies on quality of fresh-cut vegetables and postharvest treatments.
