QUAFETY dissemination at the 6th European Short Course on Fresh-cut Produce Processing

A special poster session was dedicated to QUAFETY at the "6th European Short Course on Fresh-cut Produce Processing: Nuritional Quality and Health Benfits", held in in Antalya, Turkey, on October 23-25, 2013.

The course was organized by the University of Akdeniz, Turkey, in cooperation with the University of Foggia, Italy, and provided in-depth information on production, processing, packaging, distribution and quality assurance of fresh-cut fruit and vegetables.
