Workshop on VOC/SVOC analysis Food and consumer products

On the 26th of February, 2013 Markes international has hosted a Workshop on VOC analysis on food and consumer products. Dr Carsten Muller from Cardiff University was invited to give a seminar on "Analysis of volatile bouquets of ready-to-eat fresh products for assessment of quality and safety by offline headspace sampling and thermal desorption coupled to GC/TOF MS".
