QUAFETY dissemination activities at Fruit Logistica 2015, Berlin
During the 3-days show, the QUAFETY Project booth (Hall 7.2 a Stand B-02) was the center point for dissemination and interaction with people interested on our activities. At the booth, QUAFETY scientists had the chance to provide information on the project innovations, and distribute brochures and the electronic version of the developed guideline on quality and safety management system "Procedures & tools for fresh-cut processing: a QUAFETY perspective".
Morever, at the QUAFETY booth was also available a screen where videos and slides with the project results were continously showed.
Dissemination was also done by the QUAFETY scientists while visiting other booths within the trade show, with the aim to catch people interests and make contacts for new cooperations.

Great success for the QUAFETY event at the Forum of Fruit Logistica 2015, Berlin
The event "LATEST ON QUALITY & SAFETY OF FRESH-CUT PRODUCE: RESULTS FROM EUROPEAN PROJECT QUAFETY" which took place on February 4th, from 1:00 to 2:30 pm (Hall Forum, Hall 17) was a real success for the Project QUAFETY. Scientists were very satisfied by the number of people who participated in, and for their reaction and insterest on the project results.

Successful dissemination of QUAFETY results at the educational event for fresh-cut produce (Cardiff,UK)
About 70 participants from 9 Countries throughout Europe met last week in Cardiff, UK for an important educational event for the fresh-cut industry organized by Cardiff University, in cooperation with the University of Foggia (Italy), Cranfield University and University of Reading.
The seventh edition of the short-course was also enriched by QUAFETY updates: posters and highly focused 15-minute presentations by scientists from the EC-funded Project QUAFETY who took this opportunity to present their latest results to the fresh-cut industry and scientific community.

"QUAFETY represented an added-value to the Cardiff short-course in terms of scientific contents delivered by its researchers" said Prof. Giancarlo Colelli, Coordinator of European Project and co-organizer of the Course, "and I am particularly happy with the outcome as it is not easy to include basic scientific topics within a training event".(source FreshPlaza)
