QUAFETY dissemination activity at the Research and Innovation for Food Quality and Health, June 19-21, 2014 Ostuni (Italy)

The project QUAFETY
will be hosted at the conference "Research and Innovation for Food Quality and Health" that will be held in Ostuni (Italy) on June 19-21, 2014.

Within the event, a session will be dedicated to QUAFETY where scientists from UNIFG, AUA, UMIL, UCP and DARE will participate with an oral presentation to discuss about the latest results.

The QUAFETY workshop will be opened and chaired by the Project Coordinator Prof. Giancarlo Colelli (UNIFG),
to introduce the Project and its achievements with a speech on "Comprehensive Approach to Enhance Quality and Safety of Ready to Eat Fresh Products"
